Where it all Begins

Egypt has one of the longest histories of any country, tracing its heritage back to the 6th–4th millennia BCE. Iconic monuments such as the Giza Necropolis and its Great Sphinx, as well the ruins of Memphis, Thebes, Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings, reflect this legacy and remain a significant focus of scientific and popular interest. Sharing with Morocco many common traits in its history and culture, Egyptians are always happy to welcome Moroccan Youth to their country and sharing with them powerful conversations making it one of the favourite countries of our Exchange Participants to expand their mind; in terms of lifestyle, Egypt is a popular destination of tourists all over the world as it is very cheap.

What they say about Their Experience in Egypt

I believe that what made my experience unique are the challenges I faced and the obstacles I found unexpectedly.

How about traveling for the first time , alone, without your parent, for 6 weeks ? And to Egypt ? It was a life changing experience and SIMPLY ,wonderful, thanks to AIESEC.
I'm Imane El Hadar, from AIESEC for El Jadida, and when I was 18 years old, I chose to go to Egypt for : "Explore Egypt ,promote for tourism" project.
I never thought I would witness cultural and lifestyle differences, especially that we are all Arab. Or the Egyptian understanding of Moroccan ? Oh no, no nationality ever could. I believe that what made my experience unique are the challenges I faced and the obstacles I found unexpectedly. From one side, they allowed me to be more self aware of my strengths, weaknesses, capabilities . From another, they sharpened my vision and let me know about the greatness of volunteering , of being a world Citizen.
People ! How can I miss that ? It was all about the people I met, especially AIESECers, they really really left a huge impact on me and let me fall in love with Egypt instantly. It is your time to volunteer with AIESEC, it is your true calling to make a difference in the world . AIESECly yours
